Free Dodgeball Lesson Plans for Your PE Curriculum

Looking to introduce dodgeball into your school PE lessons or enhance your current curriculum? British Dodgeball’s free lesson plans provide everything you need to deliver engaging, progressive sessions for all ages.
Designed by PE experts, these plans include a full scheme of work for Years 1–6, with six progressive lessons per year group, complete with videos and printable resources. Each lesson includes clear assessment criteria (emerging, expecting, exceeding) to make tracking progress simple.
For secondary schools, the KS3 and KS4 lesson plans build on this foundation with units aligned to the 2014 National Curriculum. Lessons combine skill development (throwing, catching, dodging, blocking) with tactical understanding and problem-solving activities that promote teamwork, fitness, and confidence.
