Membership is our way of rewarding engaged customers with access to exclusive pricing on selected product promotions, updated regularly throughout the year.
What is Membership?
Membership gives account holders access to exclusive discounts on selected products throughout the year. These special prices are only available to members and can be found on product pages and in the Member Offers section of our website.
Members also receive regular updates on new promotions, product launches and useful school sport content through our email newsletter.
It’s our way of rewarding loyal customers and helping schools and educators get even more value from their PE and sport budgets.
How do I become a Member?
To become a Member, simply create a free account and tick the box to subscribe to our email newsletter during sign-up.
That’s all it takes - members are account holders who have opted in to receive emails from us.
If you’ve already created an account but didn’t opt in, just get in touch with us and we’ll help set your membership up.
Once you’re signed in, you’ll see member prices highlighted on selected product pages along with the discount code. Enter that code at checkout to redeem your savings.
How do I know if I’m a Member?
If you’re logged in and can see a Member Prices on selected products, you’re a member. By accessing the Member Offers tab at the top of the website you’ll find all the current member-exclusive deals.
How do I use my Member discount?
When you’re signed in as a member:
- You’ll see discounted member prices and a discount code displayed on selected products
- The discount code shown is unique to that promotion – make sure to copy it!
- Add your chosen items to your basket
- Enter the discount code during checkout to apply the offer
What if I didn’t sign up for emails?
If you’d like to become a member and access future exclusive promotions, just get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to help.
What happens if I unsubscribe?
If you unsubscribe from marketing emails, you’ll lose access to Membership benefits. This includes member-only promotions, regular updates on new promotions, product launches and useful school sport content through our email newsletter. If you’ve unsubscribed by accident or changed your mind, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
